For Civics Learning Week, Fix Democracy First has invited Generation Citizen to their weekly Democracy Happy Hour program to come and present about their work to bring community-based action civics education to students, schools and communities to ensure the rising generation of young people are prepared and empowered to be active participants in our democracy. Democracy headlines in the news will be covered the first half hour, followed by a special presentation and Q&A from Generation Citizen staff, Megan Brandon, Morgan Chong Kim and Sarah Kelly.
