Lincoln Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird issued a proclamation naming March 6-10, 2023, Civic Learning Week, and encouraged people to attend a Smithsonian traveling exhibit at the Nebraska History Museum titled, “American Democracy: A Great Leap of Faith.”
