In this 1-hour virtual legislative simulation students learn about the benefits and challenges posed by artificial intelligence as they craft a bill to regulate how this innovative technology should be used in K-12 schools nationwide. Working together as senators, students will consider regulations for artificial intelligence with a special focus on privacy, non-discrimination, and safety. Pre-work materials are available for this session.
