SUMMARY:State Legislator Visits at Granger High School
DESCRIPTION:We will welcome several state legislators representing Granger High School’s student body for an engaging and informative visit. Taking place on Monday and Tuesday\, this event offers a unique opportunity for students to interact with their elected officials in a meaningful way. \nThe visit will kick off with a student-led school tour\, showcasing locations around the school that students have selected. Following the tour\, legislators will have the chance to address multiple classes of 9-12 grade students\, sharing insights into their roles\, responsibilities\, and the legislative process. \nThe highlight of the event will be a Q&A session led by students\, providing a platform for meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas. This event promises to be an enlightening experience for all involved\, fostering civic engagement and education among our student body. \nThis event gives students a chance to connect with their representatives and learn more about the legislative process firsthand!
